The former Black Stars winger who recently parted ways with Accra Great Olympics after a short coaching stint, said he was available to take up more challenging tasks after leaving the “Dade’boys.

Speaking to the Graphic Sports in an interview last Friday, Preko, who doubles as the national under-15 coach, said he had been able to resolve his issues with Olympics and could take up the coaching duties of any club now.

Last week the Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) ordered Olympics to pay their former coach GH30,000 after they unilaterally terminated his one-year appointment via a text message.

They have been given two weeks to pay the said amount but Graphic Sports checks indicates that the club was yet to honour the Disciplinary Committee’s ruling.

The 48-year-old coach has a depth of experience, having worked as assistant coach of the Black Satellites, Accra Hearts of Oak, Ifeanyi Ubah, both as assistant and substantive coach, assistant coach of the Black Starlets and Kings Palace FC.

Preko suggest that after the termination of his contract with Olympics he was looking forward to another challenging task in the premiership where he would deploy his experience to make any team more competitive.

He said he was looking forward not only to working with a premier league club but any club in the Division One League that would seek his services provided the contract terms was very enticing, and that he was ready to work with them and help them gain promotion to the elite league.
