Kwesi Nyantakyi sues Anas again
Former President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Kwesi Nyantakyi, has for the second time in three months sued undercover investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

Nyantakyi's first suit against Anas and his Tiger Eye PI company filed last June was for defamation.
The latest suit is related to an investigative documentary (titled Number #12) - produced by Anas which captured Mr Nyantakyi engaged in alleged acts of corruption.
Mr Nyantakyi is seeking three declarations that his fundamental human rights to privacy and confidentiality were violated in the secret recordings, that the recordings violated his right to dignity and damages for the violation of his fundamental human rights.

Nyantakyi was handed a 90-day ban by world football governing body FIFA in the aftermath of the wide-ranging expose on corruption in African football which also fingered over 80 referees and match officials.
In the #Number12 video which premiered on Wednesday, June 6, Nyantakyi boasted about his close ties to the Presidency and was also captured receiving a 65,000 dollar gift from an undercover reporter during a meeting over a so-called sponsorship deal.
He also stunningly claimed that all road contracts in Ghana are inflated, stressing that 'overpasses' of the same standard constructed in New York and Ghana cost $70 million and $150 million respectively.
In a meeting with Anas' Tiger Eye PI collaborators who posed as a businessman, Nyantakyi is captured soliciting sums of money on behalf the President ($5million), Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia ($3million), the Transport Minister, Kwaku Ofori Asiamah ($2 million) and his deputy Anthony Karbo ($1million).
Nyantakyi is currently serving an extension of his 90-day ban from FIFA.
