Immigration to maintain winning ways

The ongoing National Ping-pong League enters the second week tomorrow at the D.G. Hathiramani Sports Hall of the Accra Sports Stadium with defending champions, Immigration Service, expected to maintain their winning ways.

They chase a second win against Tesano Spinners in a game that will not be easy for either side.

 

The Immigration lads defeated Synergy Club 3-0 and Madina Club 3-0 in the opening week last Saturday, while Spinners lost 2-3 to Fire Service but recovered to defeat Synergy 3-0 in the second game of the day.

Other interesting encounters will see Madina Stars playing Wise Loopers and Synergy taking on EMEFS; Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) are favourites against Asante Monetary County, while Fire Service clash with Power Club of Ashaiman in an unpredictable duel.

In other matches, Prisons take on Kings Royal Academy, Police Service play Ghana Army and Ghana Navy battle Team Baboo.

In the ladies division, GRA will engage EMEFS, while Navy clash with Ghana Army.
