One of Ghana’s representatives in the ongoing Hockey Africa Cup for Club Championships, (ACCC) Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Ladies will clash with defending champions, Telkom Orange of Kenya tomorrow at the Theodosia Okoh Hockey Stadium in the grand finale, hoping to wrest the title from the Kenyans to realise their host and win dream.
In their last game yesterday, GRA Ladies were held to a goalless draw by KADA Queens of Nigeria, thus placing the Ghanaians second with 10 points as against Kenya’s 13 points.
By the rules of the tournament, teams that place first and second play in the grand finale to determine the champion.
Police Ladies, who held Telkom Ladies to a 1-1 draw yesterday also had 10 points from five matches, but placed third on the ladder, due to their loss to GRA in their clash, and will now play against KADA Queens today to determine the third and fourth positions.
In the male’s event, Egyptian giants, El Sharkia have already qualified for the finals after defeating defending champions and compatriots Eastern Company 4-2 in their fourth match last Wednesday
Their opponents were however, yet to be decided at the time of going to press.

Eastern Company, who had seven points were engaging Niger Flickers of Nigeria at the time of going to press, just as GRA men with five points were also preparing to meet Police Machine of Nigeria, the outcome of which would determine the team that play El Sharkia in the grand finale tomorrow.
Last Wednesday, two of Ghana’s representatives, GRA and Trustees stretched their nerves to the full and settled for a 2-2 draw in a match that generated much tension, passion and fireworks.
Tomorrow’s encounter between GRA Ladies and Telkom Orange will be full of fireworks as both teams have sworn to win the trophy at stake.
