The CEO of the Trust Sports Emporium, Mr Kwabena Amponsah Dapaah, has announced that his outfit will host a Junior International Table Tennis Tournament in April.
He revealed that an international badminton tournament would also be staged at the same venue in July.
He pointed out that the Emporium, which houses the biggest boxing arena in the country, the Bukom Boxing Arena, was not only for boxing but for all other sporting disciplines.
"You know people know here for the Bukom Boxing Arena and an Indoor Boxing Gymnasium, but the Trust Sports Emporium Limited has a swimming facility, a huge indoor facility for all indoor disciplines and even a place for conferences and for the hosting of public events", he told the Daily Graphic in an exclusive interview last Tuesday.
Mr Dapaah maintained that this year would witness a successful marketing strategy for the emporium that would encompass both international and local events.
According to him, his outfit was on the verge of recruiting experienced boxing promoters to organise regular boxing events at the venue.
"The future is very bright for this emporium and all sporting associations and events are welcome to organise their activities at the emporium", he stated.
