Dogboe for Graphic Sports Health Walk

Newly crowned World Boxing Organisation (WBO) Junior Featherweight champion, Isaac ‘Royal Storm’ Dogboe will be the special guest to lead a host of participants at Graphic Sports’ organised Professional Associations’ Health Walk scheduled for Saturday, May 5.

The arrangement for Dogboe’s participation in the walk was finalised with his management team, the Rising Star Promotions a day after the Ghanaian kayoed Mexico's Jessie Magdaleno for the WBO Junior Featherweight title in Philadelphia last Saturday night.
“We are excited that the Graphic Sports Professional Associations Health Walk will be the first public assignment for Dogboe after being crowned champion.
“It goes without saying that it is to show appreciation to Ghanaians for their support on his way to this latest feat. Dogboe has proven to be a formidable champion in the manner in which he defeated Jessie Magdaleno last Saturday.”
“Arrangement was made with his management to bring him and his fans on board for this all-import health walk for professional associations, way before the fight and we are excited that nothing has changed about that arrangement,” said Maurice Quansah, the acting Editor of the Graphic Sports.
The one-day event will begin from Ayi Mensah in the Ga East Municipal District through the Aburi mountains and end at the Aburi Gardens for an aerobics session and health talk by some seasoned paramedics from selected medical outlets in Accra.
Themed “My Health: My Wealth”, the event will present an opportunity for participants to exercise their bodies while socialising and networking for business purposes.
Registration for the event is free, and interested groups and associations who wish to participate, sponsor or advertise their products can contact 0208735008 or 0244266006 for further information.
The event is sponsored by Verna Mineral Water and Beta Malt.
