Book of Condolence opened for late Jawula

A book of condolence has been opened for the late Lepowura Alhaji M.N.D Jawula at his Baatsona residence in Accra.
The deceased's family has therefore encouraged all who wish to express their condolences to do so from 9:00am to 5:00pm daily.
The late statesman and traditional leader passed away in the US last Saturday and was buried the following day in accordance with the Islamic religion.
His burial prayers in Nashville was observed simultaneously with a local version at the family house at Accra Newtown last Sunday evening.
Scores of people turned up to sympathise with the family and the surviving mother of the late Alhaji Jawula.
Among them included some top football officials who worked closely with Alhaji Jawula during his active days in Ghana football administration.
