Abrah wins Adentan Draught competition

Mr Charles Kissi Abrah aka Honourable emerged tops at the  maiden draught competition at the Kwabert Pub at Adentan on Founder's day.

Abrah won all his games from a field of eight contestants which included crack draught players such as veteran journalist, Francis Assuah, Anane Frempong, a retired senior customs officer, Ike Kwofie, Addy, Mensah, Ernest Annan-Prah, and Alhaji Kofi Adu Okyere. For his prize, Abrah received a gold plated trophy.

The competition was organised by Messrs  Ebo Afful, Senior lecturer at the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ), William Benjamin Assuah, Deputy General Manager, Inspection Control Services (ICS) and Peter Agbeko, a communications consultant, all residents of Adentan and the surrounding areas.

The next competition which is expected to attract greater patronage is scheduled for the upcoming Eid al-Adha holiday (Feast of Sacrifice) on Monday  October 6.
