At a brief ceremony in Accra last Thursday, Razak was presented with a Golden Goal ticket and a citation acknowledging him for being the first winner.


Golden Goal campaign
The BetPlanet Golden Goal event is an online betting competition for sports lovers who are rewarded based on the number of goals they score during an online soccer competition.
It is being organised by Planet Sports Limited, operators of BetPlanet, who launched the project aimed at enticing sports enthusiasts to reap benefits from supporting their various teams.
 At the presentation ceremony, the Marketing Manager of Planet Sports Limited, Mr Henry Akrong, urged all their customers to log on to BetPlanet, play the virtual penalty game and stand a chance to win one of the nine golden goal tickets left to be won.

On receiving the Golden Goal ticket, Razak said he signed on to www.betplanet.com.gh and played the Golden Goal game because he wanted to win the Mercedes Benz at stake.
He commended BetPlanet for putting together such a wonderful and easy to use game on its platform.
According to Razak, he loved football and so was drawn to play the virtual penalty game which earned him the ticket.
“Just last week, I scored a golden goal and received a congratulations text message from BetPlanet to come and pick up my ticket. I want my friends out there to know that this is real and I will like to say a very big thank you to BetPlanet,” Abdul Razak said.  
The BetPlanet Golden Goal campaign is a new marketing concept aimed at rewarding its loyal customers. The 13-week campaign went live on September 12, 2020, and the final event will be held on December 12, 2020.
At the final event, one of the 10 finalists will drive home a Mercedes Benz, with the nine other finalists winning amazing cash prizes.
