The Phobians were said to have presented 28 players to the GFA for registration but none successfully went through the process.
According to the GFA all the players and officials on the list presented by the club had some issues to clarify.

The club presented 28 players and 10 officials for registration, out of which eight officials were given the greenlight, while one had his registration pending with the other being queried.

An official of the GFA who spoke to Graphic Sports Online did not disclose the specific reasons why the players were being denied the opportunity to register but admitted that once the club clarified the queries, the players would be registered.

Kumasi-based King Faisal is the other club that suffered a similar fate as only two each of the 26 players and officials submitted for registration has gone through the process successfully.

They had 12 players with various queries to answer, while the application of nine other players remain pending. The application of one official has also been queried.

However, out of the 13 players and officials who were submitted by Elmina Sharks, none was successful. But six out of eight officials were registered, while two others are pending.

Cape Coast Ebusua Dwarfs are also awaiting the confirmation of their players as none of the 15 players and officials submitted for registration were successful.

A total 13 players have been queried and the case of the other two are pending.
