The Wonder Club is currently in pole position to qualify for the elite bracket from the Zone 3 of the Division One League (DOL). With 45 points, Olympics are ahead of the likes of Heart of Lions, another former Premier League campaigners and Okyeman Planners who have emerged as strong contenders in Zone 3.

Quaye contends that the level of commitment displayed by both old players including himself and goalkeeper Osei Boateng and the young ones has made the team strong ahead of their opponents.

“We are now stronger than ever and prepared for a sweet return to the Premier League.

In fact we are even playing better than we did during our days in the Premier League last season”, he added.

He said even though they missed the services of goalkeeper Richard Kingson due to injury, he remained their biggest inspirer behind the scenes.
