MTN gives GH¢45,000 for SWAG Awards
Telecommunications giants, MTN, has donated GH¢45,OOO to the Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) in support of tomorrow’s SWAG Awards Night at the Banquet Hall of the State House.

MTN also presented GH¢500 to SWAG as a corporate gift to facilitate the organisation of the event.
The presentation took place yesterday at the Media Centre of the Accra Sports Stadium.
Franklin Sowa, Marketing Manager of MTN, noted that his outfit was committed towards the awards and assured his outfit’s support for SWAG activities.
“MTN has always partnered SWAG in awarding distinguished athletes and we are committed to this end,’’ he stressed.
He said SWAG had been instrumental and significant in the promotion, growth and development of sports in the country.
Mr Ackah Anthony, President of SWAG, expressed gratitude to MTN and stated that his outfit would continue to work with the telecom company.
Meanwhile, Berlin Investments, local agents of erke sports products, has presented sports clothes and shoes worth GH¢4,OOO to SWAG to support the occasion.
The Managing Director of the company, Bernard Kingsley Annoh, has pledged that his outfit would do more in the coming years to support the SWAG Awards.
