MTN FA Cup final put off

The MTN Ghana FA Cup scheduled for this Saturday at the Accra Sports Stadium has been postponed, MTN Football.com has reported.

This was made known after title sponsors MTN grumbled that the date clashed with the weekend’s round of the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
Ghana’s Black Stars are in battle this Sunday in Maseru against Lesotho in the penultimate match of the qualifier.
MTN Football.com understands a new date, June 30, 2013, has been agreed upon by all parties involved.
