Kenpong to conclude arrangements for World Cup in Brazil

Chief Executive Officer of Kenpong Travel and Tours (KT&T), Mr Kennedy Agyapong, leaves Accra this week on a trip to Brazil in his final inspection of hotel accommodation and internal travel arrangements.

The trip, according to Mr Agyapong,  is to round up the arrangements already carried out by his outfit  regarding the Brazil 2014 World Cup.

From Brazil, the former Asante Kotoko Director will move to  Glasgow to put finishing touches to arrangements to carry fans to the Commonwealth Games.

He is also expected to proceed to Holland  to conclude travel arrangements for fans to watch the Holland-Ghana international friendly.

Mr Agyepong told the Daily Graphic that he would make similar trips to Canada and the USA to facilitate the travels of fans to support the Black Stars and the national U-20 womens team, the Black Princesses.

Meanwhile, Mr Agyepong has disclosed that a two-week grace period had been offered to those who wish to make the trip to Brazil as a result of the mad rush for tickets from his outfit.

“It has been good so far, we are almost through with all the documentation, but our doors are still open for two more weeks to enable as many fans as possible to make it to Brazil and support the Black Stars.

He expressed gratitude to the government for granting his outfit the opportunity to airlift soccer fans for this year’s sporting events.
