Junior Agogo hospitalised for suspected stroke

Former Ghanaian striker Junior Agogo has been hospitalized for suspected stroke, the UK’s Bristol Post has reported.

According to the report, Junior Agogo, who is also a former Bristol Rovers striker, was rushed to the hospital on January 29, 2015.

Well-wishers have taken to twitter express their support to the retired striker and his family, the report added.

Agogo played for Bristol Rovers between 2003 to 2006 before moving to Nottingham Forest.

Agogo was a member of the Black Star squad that won bronze in Ghana 2008 African Cup of Nations tournament.
