Preparation for the 2014 FIFA World Cup had been hectic for the Black Stars but the team had time to relax and some of the players even took part in a recording of an episode of the Agrofie television programme when the team was in Holland for a friendly match.
Agrofie, sponsored by PZ Cussons, is produced by Katamadara Concepts and it seeks to impart knowledge and entertainment to viewers.
The Agrofie episode with the Black Stars was recorded at the residence of the Ghana ambassador to Holland, Dr Tony Aidoo, who had earlier hosted the team to dinner.
Three players - Samuel Inkoom, Asamoah Gyan and Agyeman Badu - offered to answer questions on a variety of topics from programme host, David Dontoh.
Asamoah Gyan came out tops and he received a prize from a representative of PZ Cussons. The other contestants also got consolation prizes.
The entire team later autographed jerseys for the Agrofie team and some of the staff of the Ghana Embassy in Holland.
The CEO OF Katamadara Concepts, Osmo Kwame Addo, expressed gratitude to the Dutch Embassy in Ghana and PZ Cussons for their support in taking Agrofie to Holland
The Black Stars begin their campaign at the 2014 FIFA World Cup with a game on Monday, June 16 against the United States of America.
