Hearts of Oak have been hit with a two-match home ban after being found guilty for misconduct and violence by their officials, players and supporters by the Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association.
The club, together with their officials, players and supporters, have been fined a total of GH¢11,0000 for misconduct.
The Phobians, who pleaded not guilty to the charges, were also fined GH¢5,000 on all four counts for the incidents that happened during and after a Premier League match against New Edubiase in Accra on June 4, 2014.
Mohammed Alhassan, a porter of Hearts of Oak, who was facing two charges of misconduct and violence for verbally abusing and physically assaulting the match officials in the course of the game against Edubiase, was found guilty and fined GH¢3,000.
Administrator of Hearts of Oak, Hackman Aidoo, was also fined GH¢3,0000 for misconduct after been charged with two counts of misconduct and violence for verbally abusing and physically assaulting the match officials after the game with Edubiase.
