Chelsea midfielder Thorgan Hazard has signed for German club Borussia Monchengladbach on a season-long loan.
The 21-year-old Belgian, who is the younger brother of fellow Blues player Eden, will spend a third straight season away from Stamford Bridge.
Since arriving from French side Lens in 2012, he has been on loan at Belgian club Zulte Waregem.
The international, who was in Belgium's provisional World Cup squad, has still to play for Chelsea's first team.
Hazard made 48 appearances for Belgian top-flight club Zulte last season, scoring 16 goals and was named as the league's best player in 2013.
