Sekondi Hasaacas yesterday beat Kumasi-based King Faisal 2-0 at the Sekondi Stadium in Essipon.
Richard Yamoah found the back of the net in the fifth minute due to a defensive blunder, followed by the second goal in the 19th minute through Samuel Afful.
The only opportunity created by the visiting team in the 21st minute was blocked by goalkeeper George Owu, who was at his best throughout the game.

Hasaacas continued its offensive attack on the visitors as Samuel Afful nearly increased the tally with a cross in the 52nd minute, which he failed to convert.
The 63rd minute saw King Faisal hitting the goal post in a desperate attempt to clinch a goal.
