Sekondi Hasaacas yesterday trounced Berekum Chelsea 3-1 in their Premier League match at the Sekondi Sports Stadium at Essipon to jump to the 14th position on the league table, report Moses Dotsey Aklorbortu and Andrew Tetteh.
The visitors, who are a point behind Hasaacas, took the lead in the 16th minute through Bossan Landly and held on to it until the 40th and 44th minutes when Kingsley Adjei and Richard Yamoah fetched the equaliser and the match winner respectively.
Samuel Afful put the icing on the cake for Hasaacas in the 80th minute after capitalising on a defensive blunder to slot in the third goal.
Chelsea who are still stuck on the 15th position on nine points launched an unending onslaughts to redeem the goals but ace goalkeeper, George Owo, stood between them and the needed equaliser.
