Coach David Duncan yesterday inspired Kumasi Asante Kotoko to a 3-1 win over Bechem United at Bechem in their First Capital Plus Premier League encounter.
Michael Akuffo opened the scores within 30 seconds but the homesters reacted positively when Noah Martey scored the equalising goal from a spot kick three minutes later.
But the homesters could not contain the fury of the Porcupine Warriors as Ahmed Toure restored Kotoko’s lead.
Kotoko continued their dominance in the second half and it paid off in the 56th minute when Akuffo’s freekick beat Ernest Adu in post to make the scoreline 3-1.
