Ghana have drawn Congo, Ethiopia and Libya in Group C for the 2014 African Nations Championship (CHAN) in South Africa after the competition draw in Cairo yesterday.
The local Black Stars will be appearing in the competition for the third successive time in January.
The competition, to be hosted in Bloemfontein,Cape Town , Polokwane and Kimberley, will see hosts South Africa playing Nigeria, Mali and Mozambique in Group A, while Zimbabwe, Uganda, Burkina Faso and Morocco compete in Group B.
DR Congo, champions at the inaugural event in 2009, will play Gabon, Burundi and Mauritania in Group D.
Tunisia, the defending champions, were eliminated by their North Africa rivals, Morocco, during the qualifiers.
