CHAN 2016 draw yields interesting pairings
CHAN 2016 host nation Rwanda will engage Gabon, Morocco and Cote d’Ivoire in Group A of the completion reserved footballers playing in the domestic leagues on the African continent.

In the draw held on Sunday in Kigali, DR Congo are in Group B along with Angola, Cameroon and Ethiopia.
Group C has Tunisia, Nigeria, Niger and Guinea while Group D comprises Zimbabwe, Mali, Uganda and Zambia.
Ghana’s local Black Stars coached by Maxwell Konadu, failed to qualify for the tournament now in its fourth year after they were eliminated in their final qualifier by their Ivorian counterparts on the strength of the away goal.
Ghana had beaten the Ivorian 2:1 in the first leg but lost the return encounter 1:0.
