Brazilian referee for Germany-Ghana clash

Sandro Ricci will handle Ghana's second World Cup group match against Germany at the Estadio Castelao in Fortaleza tomorrow.

The 39-year-old Brazilian referee made the historic World Cup goal decision with the support of Goal-Line Technology in France’s victory over Honduras.

Ricci handled the 2013 FIFA Club World Cup final between Bayern Munich and Raja Casablanca.

He will be assisted on the lines by compatriots Emerson de Carvalho and Marcelo Van Gasse.

The fourth official is Peruvian Victor Carrillo.
