Atsu was handed the Orange player of the competition award minutes after Ghana lost the final 8-9 on penalties to Ivory Coast, last Sunday night in Bata.

The winner, who plays for Everton, featured in all six games the Black Stars played at the competition.

Atsu also picked the Nissan Goal of the tournament prize for his magnificent strike in Ghana's 3-0 win over Guinea during the groupquarter-finals stages.

The Ghanaian midfielder is hoping to replicate his fine form at the 30th Africa Cup of Nations for his club side, Everton.

Andre Ayew also claimed the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations top scorer honours with three goals.

He also provided the highest number of assists.

Among Dede’s goals was his header against South Africa in the group stage, a goal which won the game for Ghana and helped them into the quarters.

Ayew was presented with the Pepsi highest scorer prize minutes after the final.

Black Stars striker Kwesi Appiah also won the fair play award,  while Afriyie Acquah was adjudged the man of the match in the final against Cote d’Ivoire.
