Cosmos sings for Black Stars
The song composed in the local Akan dialect titled ‘Y3 di nkunim k)’ recounts the journey of the Black Stars during their qualifications to the World Cup and how they made it to the World Cup.

The singer praises the Black Stars’ strengthening resolve and Ghanaians’ love for the national team.
He continues in the third stanza of the song, which highlights how the Black Stars will win every match and make the nation proud.
Speaking to the Daily Graphic in an interview, Kwasi Arthur, who is also a plumber, noted that he composed the song to motivate the Black Stars to play very well at the tournament.
“I sang this song for the national team for the Black Stars to do their utmost best and to stress my belief in them,” he stated.
Master Cosmos Kwasi Arthur believes that the Black Stars will never disappoint the nation and this song is to urge Ghanaians to throw their weight behind them.
“This song means we are winning to our destination and the Black Stars will win and definitely take the cup,” he noted.
He called on Ghanaians to pray for the Black Stars to ensure their victory at the tournament.
