A Ghanaian fitness instructor, Charles Owusu Ansah, says he is embarked on a mission to promote exercise as part of the everyday life of Ghanaians.
This, the fitness instructor says, will help create a natural healthy people as it has been established that regular exercises prevent more than half of the medical conditions that many people face.
In an interview with the Graphic Sports, the certified fitness trainer, nutritionist and weight management consultant, said his mission is to create and promote a healthy fitness regimen in communities across the country.
To achieve this, Mr Owusu-Ansah noted that his agenda, dubbed "Workout with Charles" is gaining popularity with many and will be enrolled on a national scale soon.

" I go to individual homes and that of corporate organisations to encourage them to have regular exercise regimens while I teach them the basic rudiments of maintaining their fitness", he noted.
"My vision is also to make fitness and health a lifestyle."
Mr Owusu-Ansah is of the view that not many understand and appreciate the health benefits of exercising and maintaining one's fitness and has evaluated the fitness level of the Ghanaian populace as average.
"I am appealing to the Sports and Education Ministriesto inculcate a fitness curriculum in schools and to support me in this agenda to promote personal exercise among Ghanaians.
