Wenchi High Court affirms Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah's election as Techiman South NPP MP

The Wenchi High Court has affirmed the declaration of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Techiman South, Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah as the winner of the 2020 parliamentary election.
The court has awarded a total cost of GH¢100,000 against the petitioner.
The cost awarded against the petitioner is to be shared GH¢50,000 each to the Electoral Commission and Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah.
