The six are Isaac Owireku Amofa for the Dome-Kwabenya Constituency; Adwoa Amoako, Tema West; Carlos Ahinkorah, Tema West; Agyeman Prempeh, Tema Central; Carl Dey, Ayawaso Central and Vicky Bright, Okai Koi South.

The committee however upheld the disqualification of two aspirants. They are Mr Cann of the New Edubiase Constituency and Joseph Mensah of Kwesimintsim Constituency.

A press release signed and issued in Accra yesterday by the General Secretary of the NPP, Mr Kwabena Agyei Agyepong, said the committee met on May 19, 2015 under a certificate of emergency and made some decisions on behalf of the National Executive Committee (NEC).

The meeting, the release said, decided that some aspirants who had been vetted were to be given up to the publication of the notice of poll to make arrangements to complete the payment of their filing and development fees and that notifications were being sent to them.

The release also said the committee upheld the request from three regions to put primaries in some constituencies on hold.

They are Bia East, Bia West, Juaboso and Akontombra, all in the Western Region; Nadowli-Kaleo in the Upper East; and Nkwanta South in the Volta Region.

The cases of Nii Noi Nortey of the Korley Klottey Constituency, Adjetey of the Obom-Domeabra Constituency and Alex Blankson of the Akrofuom Constituency were referred to the National Appeals Committee.
