NPP Primary: Incumbent Kwabena Kokofu loses at Bantama Constituency

The incumbent for the Banttama constituency in the Ashanti Regioon, Henry Kwabena Kokofu, has lost to his opponent, Daniel Aboagye, in the New Patriotic Party’s parliamentary primaries.

Graphic Online correspondent, Kwadwo B. Baffoe reports that Mr Kokofu polled 225, while his competitor Mr Aboagye polled 289 votes.
Mr Aboagye will now represent the NPP in 2016 elections.
