All registered members are, therefore, being asked to go to their branches and ensure that their names have been properly captured and to also report any observed anomalies for appropriate steps to be taken to correct such errors.

These were contained in a release signed by the Deputy General Secretary, Mr Koku Anyidoho, and copied to the press last Friday.

The release directed that apart from the provisional register, all polling stations must also ensure that the following forms have been made available: the undertaking forms, entry removal forms and the record addition forms.

It directed all aspirants interested in obtaining the provisional register to contact the National Election Directorate to obtain copies for a fee of GH¢2,500.

In a related development, the release said upon the recommendation of the National Petition Review Committee, the FEC had cleared the following constituencies to go ahead with preparations towards the primaries: Tema West, Evalue Gwira and Subin.

The release added that the following persons who had their cases pending had been disqualified: Christopher Kofi Eleblu (North Tongu) and Mieza Mea-Alleah (Ellembele).

It said for the avoidance of doubt, Nambur Berrick (Bunkprugu) remained disqualified.
