The National Democratic Congress has congratulated the New Patriotic Party on the successful election of its new national executives who are to steer the affairs of the party for the next four years.
In a statement issued on October 5 and signed by General Secretary, Fifi Fiavi Kwetey, the NDC said it remains committed to the promotion of peaceful political engagement, democratic values, and the collective responsibility of all political actors to protect and deepen Ghana's democratic gains.
The party expressed the fervent hope that under the tenure of the new crop of executives, there will be mutual effort to ensure that the interest of Ghana always surpasses the narrow interest of the two respective parties, so that the mission of making Ghana great and strong will be boosted.
