The Bono Regional Executive Committee of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has appointed 10 party members to various positions to strengthen the party's administration and enhance its operations.
The appointments, which took effect on August 21, 2026, cover key areas including legal affairs, research, electoral matters, finance, organisation and special duties.
The move also expands the regional leadership structure with appointments to the youth, women, Persons with Disability (PWD) and Nasara wings of the party.
Appointments
A statement signed by the Regional Secretary, Kofi Ofosu Boateng, said the new officers had been selected to serve in various capacities within the regional party structure.
Those appointed are Eric Tabiri as Legal Representative Officer; Grace Pokuaa Tabiri as PWD Officer; Gabriel Korang-Ababio as Special Duties Officer; and Sinna Takyi as Research Officer.
The others are Millicent Kyeremah Boateng, Electoral Affairs Officer; Emmanuel Yeboah, Financial Secretary; Patrick Agyei, Deputy Organiser; Ibrahim Iddrisu, Deputy Youth Organiser; Sarah Agyiewaa Kodie, Deputy Women's Organiser and Alhassan Tijani, Deputy Nasara Coordinator.
Discipline, integrity
While congratulating the appointees, the statement urged them to approach their respective assignments with commitment, discipline, humility and integrity.
It further charged them to demonstrate an unwavering dedication to the party's cause and work to strengthen the party's structures in the region.
