Former MP Grace Addo initiates moves at Manso Nkwanta seat

A former Member of Parliament (MP) for Manso Nkwanta, Ms Grace Addo is seeking a return to Parliament. She has picked nomination forms to contest the up-coming primary in the constituency.

Ms Addo who lost the last primary to the incumbent, Mr Joseph Quarm by a single vote believes that she still has what it takes to unseat the incumbent and return to Parliament.

The former two terms MP says she has some unfinished business in the constituency that she needs to complete before calling it quits.

Speaking to Graphic Online after picking her form, Madam Addo said she had to respond to the call of the constituents who have asked her to come back.

She said the constituents have had the opportunity to compare her tenure with that of the incumbent and have realized that she served them better hence the call on her to come back.

She said since politics was about serving the people, she had to heed to their call and lace her boots for a comeback.

She said she was not going to depart from what she was known for, which is always serving the interest of her people and was confident that she would get the nod this time.
