Accra Metro boss can't find his name in NDC voters' register

The Accra Metropolitan Chief Executive Officer, Mr Alfred Okoe Vanderpiuije today visited the Mamprobi Girls School polling station to cast his vote but could not find his name in the register.

He was subsequently referred to the next polling station which is the Sempe 1 JHS but there too he could not find his name.

Mr Vanderpiuije was not alone in this. Scores of people who thronged the Ablekuma South Constituency could not find their names on the roll.

Several others thought it was a general election and came with their national voter identity cards to vote but had to be turned away because their names were not in the register.
