22-year-old lady wins NPP primary at Kwabre East Constituency

A 22-year-old lady, Francisca Oteng-Mensah, has won the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary primary in the Kwabre East Constituency in the Ashanti Region.

Ms Oteng-Mensah beat the incumbent MP for the constituency, Kofi Frempong.
She is said to be a second-year law student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
Graphic Online has gathered that Francisca is a daughter of Dr Kwaku Oteng, CEO of Angel Group of Companies.
