The game takes place Monday evening at the Estádio das Dunas, Natal in Brazil.

Many Ghanaian fans believe that the Black Stars have very young lads who will handle the USA team perfectly.

The USA team is seeking a revenge of the defeat they suffered from the Black Stars in 2006 and 2010.

As Ghana looks to win a hat-trick against USA, they (USA) is also looking forward to their first ever win.

FIFA’s latest rankings of national teams places Ghana at 32, a climb up the ladder 5 levels from its previous 37th position.

The USA is now 13th, according to the football governing body.

Although the USA may be ranked higher, it is still known that they are a ‘pushed aside’ team for the Black Stars.

This has raised the hopes of many Ghanaians who have predicted outrageous score lines.

On social media platforms such as Facebook and Whatsapp, some Ghanaians have creatively aligned the score lines to the exchange rate of the currency used in both countries ‘cedi and dollar’.

Their position is that, In 2010, GH¢2 was equivalent to $1.

The clash between Ghana and the USA ended 2-1 in favour of Ghana.

In 2014, GH¢3 is equivalent to $1. Hence Ghanaian fans have predicted that Ghana is likely to win 3-1 against USA.
