Rotary Club supports Bolga schools

The Bolgatanga Goodwill Rotary Club, with support from the Rotary International, has provided mechanised boreholes and toilet facilities to some selected schools in the Bolgatanga Municipality of the Upper East Region.

The Aningazanga Cluster of Schools were provided with two mechanised boreholes, while the Afehgerah Junior High School, the Ayetige Primary School, the Katanga Junior High School and the Benim Academy received four-seater toilets each.

Inaugurating the two boreholes at the Aningazanga Cluster of Schools, the President of the Bolgatanga Goodwill Rotary Club, Mrs Adishetu Braimah, said the club also provided one mechanised borehole for the Bolgatanga Polytechnic and six hand dug wells fitted with pumps for the Zaare, Gambibgo, Yorogo Asogorobisi Number One and Two, Yorogo and Kumbosigo communities at a cost of GH¢195,233.94.
