Wednesday downpour leaves Appollonia flooded

A late afternoon downpour in the Greater Accra Region left some parts of Appollonia in the Kpone Katamanso Municipality flooded.
According to the Assembly Member for the Appollonia Electoral Area, Mr Dennis Tetteh, the rains resulted in the collapse of parts of the wall of an irrigation dam in the area.
This resulted in water flowing into people’s homes rendering them homeless.
