Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has left Accra on Friday for Mecca in Saudi Arabia, to perform this year's Islamic pilgrimage of Hajj.
Accompanied by his wife, Samira Bawumia, they will join thousands of Ghanaians and millions of Muslims around the world in performing this year’s Hajj.
