Vanguard holds review meeting

Vanguard Assurance has held a meeting in Accra to review its performance for the first half of the year.

In attendance were managers of all the company’s regional and district offices across the country.

The review meeting, held twice in a year, serves as a platform to motivate staff to adhere to the company’s key attributes of quality and consistency, while seeking new ways to improve on output.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vanguard Assurance, Dr Gideon Amenyedor,  who declared the meeting open, urged staff to consider themselves as working in the service of God, and be moved by a strong drive for success.

In addition, he said, the company’s status as member of the insurance industry’s ‘Hall of Fame’ should further motivate staff to work harder to make the second half of the year more remarkable than the first.

“Today, the company is proud to be an industry leader in Ghana and one that has earned a good international reputation,” he said.

Also, staff who had demonstrated exceptional abilities were presented with cash prizes and promoted. They included  Mr Inusah Alhassan of the Tamale office and Mr Emmanuel Kwasi Agyapong of the East Legon branch of the company in Accra.

The recipients pledged their commitment to the company and promised to work harder to improve the fortunes of the company.Vanguard holds review meeting.
