The company, which has been operating in the real estate industry for the past five years, has helped thousands of individuals in Accra and Kumasi to own their own land and homes through an installment package of GH¢500 initially.

The land is purchased within an 18-month installment period with  an initial deposit of GH¢500.00, which qualifies one to join the scheme. After this, two-year probation is given to the person to develop the land or be relocated to another site.

Delivering a speech at a sod-cutting ceremony, the Pastor in charge of the Church of Pentecost (Tweneboah Assembly at Sakaman in Accra), Rev. John Kofi Affram, said it was God’s divine purpose for every man to increase and expand in life and to fulfill the  destiny outlined by God.

Rev. Affram admonished the beneficiaries to work hard to develop the land into homes in order to escape the harsh conditions they normally suffered at the hands of landlords and landladies.

He advised the people to make it a priority to adhere to agreements between the two parties, and added that any misunderstanding should be channeled through the company rather than the leadership of the church because the company belonged to individuals and not the church.

Mr Eduah stated that the company would continue to reach out to ordinary workers in society and also target the high class to provide them the opportunity to own their own homes via payment in installments.
