Movie House Plaza renovates Dansoman Polyclinic

Movie House Plaza, a movie and entertainment company with its head office at Dansoman, has renovated the Out –Patient Department (OPD) of the Dansoman Polyclinic in Accra.

The renovation works, which brought the OPD of the clinic to an acceptable standard, included tiling of the floor, painting of the walls, provision of new metallic chairs, notice board, sinks, glass doors, air-conditioners, flat screen TV, a Multi-TV decoder and a DVD player.

The company has also constructed two new screening cubicles furnished with desks and chairs for both the nurses and patients.

Mr David Amoo-Osae Jnr, the Chief Executive Officer of Movie House Plaza and a CEIBS alumnus, who handed over the keys of the facility to Dr George Aubyn, Medical Superintendent of the Dansoman Polyclinic, noted that the polyclinic was the only one serving the entire Dansoman community.

He said it was a real shame to find the facility in such a poor shape.

He implored other businesses and entrepreneurs in and around Dansoman to come and contribute their widow’s mite for the total good of the Dansoman community.

Dr Aubyn thanked the management and staff of Movie House plaza for their kind gesture and assured them that the renovation would go a long way to make people’s health and life more meaningful to the community.
