The court presided over by Justice Sophia Akuffo found the trio; Alistair Tairo Nelson, Godwin Ako Gunn (panelists) and host, Salifu Mase alias Mugabe guilty of scandalizing the court, defying and lowering the authority of the court and bringing it into disrepute.

The contemnors have been given self recognisance bail by the court as they await sentencing on July 27.

Earlier, one of the Supreme Court judges, Justice Paul Baffoe Bonnie recused himself from the hearing because of family ties with one of the directors of Montie FM, Mr Baffoe Bonnie.
