Aglow International, Ghana will hold a mid-year thanksgiving service for the country on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the Black Star Square, Accra, at 7 a.m.
A release issued in Accra by Aglow International, Ghana, the organisers of the programme, said the hand of the Lord over Ghana was so powerful that “he has brought our land into the mid-year intact”.
It gave the theme for the programme as: “Certainly, God is Good to Ghana”, Psalm 73:1.
According to the release, there would be song ministrations by Nat Abbey and The TOWDAH Band, God’s Gift Int. Band, Jasper and Aglow bands.
The Ghana Dance Ensemble, The Tambourine Choir and The Aglow Choir will also be present.
The release asked all to come with their vuvuzelas, handkerchiefs, etc. to praise God.
It said similar prayer sessions would be held at the Jubilee Parks in Wa, Bolga, Tamale, Kumasi, Sunyani, Takoradi, Cape Coast, the Koforidua Jackson’s Park and in Ho at the Elorm Parish E.P. Church, Bankoe.
The attire for the programme is white.
