Man, 37, defiles girl, 14
Agbeko Dakpo, a 37-year-old farmer at Maame Water near Atimpoku who could not control his lust is in the grip of the law for defiling a 14-year-old school girl.

The presiding judge of the Odumase Krobo Circuit Court, Frank Gbeddy, has remanded Dakpo in prison custody pending further investigations.
The prosecuting officer, Chief Inspector Stella Dzikunu, told the court that Dakpo resided at Maame Water while the victim lived at Juapong.
According to C/Inspector Dzikunu on March 16, 2015 at about 2:00 p.m., the victim was on her way home when the suspect who was monitoring her movement invited her to his house.
He said when the victim entered the house, Dakpo pushed her into his room and forcefully had sexual intercourse with her.
C/Inspector Dzikunu said after the act, Dakpo threatened the victim not to tell anybody about what had happened.
But on reaching home, the victim told her elder brother who also informed their father who in turn reported the incident to the police.
The accused was arrested and arraigned before the court.
