KKD's alleged rape victim withdraws case
The 19-year old lady at the centre of the rape charge against Kwasi Kyei Darkwah (KKD), has withdrawn the complaint against the ace broadcaster.

According to sources, Miss Ewuraffe Orleans Thompson wrote a two-page letter dated January 12 and addressed to the Director of Public Prosecutions at the Attorney General’s Department communicating her disinterest in the case.
The letter was copied to the Chief Justice, the Registrar of the High Court and the Ghana Police Service.
Miss Thompson cited the “media frenzy” that followed the arrest of KKD and unceasing buzz and social media posts which she described as insensitive, for her decision.
Meanwhile, the Human Rights Court in Accra Thursday adjourned the bail application hearing of KKD to Thursday January 15, 2015.
