Golden Tulip Kumasi donates items to Kumasi Children’s Home

Golden Tulip Kumasi City as part of its corporate social responsibility has donated various items and cash to children of the Kumasi Children’s Home

The items included mattresses, soft drinks, water, exercise books and clothes.

Making the donation, the General Manager of the hotel, Mr Stephane Robert, reiterated the hotel’s concern that it had for the less privileged in society and said as part of its corporate social responsibility it periodically made donation to assist in the running of such homes.

The Sales and Marketing Manager, Ms Jackie Senoo, additionally commended the home for doing a great job in catering for the children.

She further explained that the hotel had organised a charity tennis tournament in aid of the orphanage. Sponsors of the tournament she announced included Twellium Industrial Ltd, Ghana Oil Company Ltd, Latex Foam and Babolat.

The Assistant Manager of the children’s home, Ms Georgina Aidoo, who received the items on behalf of the children, expressed gratitude to the management of Golden Tulip Kumasi City for the assistance and urged corporate entities, organisations and individuals to carry out similar acts of benevolence for the under-privileged in society.
