Capemay Properties, a subsidiary of the Kasapreko Group Limited, has unveiled 209-room apartments project codenamed : ‘’The Signature Apartment’’ at a ceremony in Accra.

The 209-room apartments will be built by an Italian construction firm, Michelleti Group, and expected to be ready in the first quarter of 2021.
