The winner of the first two-bedroom house in the Devtraco-Graphic Dream House promo has been presented with his house, located in Tema in the Greater Accra Region.
At a short ceremony to hand over the keys of the house to the winner, Mr Alhassan Fatau, a 40-year-old chain-saw operator based in Asamankese, the Chief Executive of Vokacom, Nana Osei Afrifa, congratulated the winner and said where the winner came from indicated how far the promo had been accepted by the reading public.
He said the credibility of the companies involved in the promo — the Devtraco Group, the Graphic Communications Group Limited (GCGL) and Vokacom — also helped it to gain the trust of the public.
He said the partnership between the Devtraco Group and the GCGL in the execution of the promo had been a good experience.

After receiving the keys, Mr Fatau and his family were taken round the house by the managers of the organising companies, amid drumming and dancing.
For his part, the Circulation Manager of the GCGL, Mr Kwaku Ofosu, said since the promo was launched, people from different parts of the country had won various prizes, including cash and mobile phones.
He said there was no dubious element in the running of the promo and that anyone who took part had a chance of winning the prizes at stake.
He said the promo would continue until March 2019 and urged the public to continue to participate in it.
The promo, organised by the GCGL, in partnership with Devtraco, is to reward loyal readers of the GCGL newspapers and online news.
It started on July 23, 2018 and will end on January 22, 2019, with winners being announced on a weekly and a monthly basis.
Prizes such as mobile phones, cash of GH¢1,000 daily, GH¢5,000 for two winners monthly, an iPhone monthly and 10 Samsung smart phones monthly are up for grabs.
Two two-bedroom houses are also to be won after 90 days and 180 days.
How to enter
Readers are expected to buy the various brands of the GCGL newspapers — the Daily Graphic, The Mirror, Graphic Showbiz, Junior Graphic, Graphic Sports and Graphic Business — and submit promotional cut-outs at designated points across the country.
